The Agribusiness Dealroom is the world's premier matchmaking platform for African agriculture, bringing together stakeholders in the agricultural landscape and facilitating connections for investments and partnerships.
The Agribusiness Dealroom owns, operates and makes available the website <https://agrf.org/dealroom/> (“Website”) and its associated platform (insert B2Match link) and makes it available to its users (individually “Visitor” and collectively “Visitors”) under the following Terms of Use.
Agreement to the Terms of Use
- The Website may contain features including reports and newsletter services, event, member areas, member information and other applications that may be available from time to time. Any person that accesses or uses the Website agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.
- These Terms of Use contain conditions, disclaimers and other provisions, some of which limit the Agribusiness Dealroom’s liability. Any person that does not agree or comply with these Terms of Use should not access or use the Website.
Appropriate Use
- Any use of the Website by Visitors that would limit or constrict the availability or quality of the Website’s features is prohibited and the Agribusiness DealRoom reserves the sole right to take any actions required to enforce this principle.
- Visitors shall not use the Website to post, submit or otherwise distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene or offensive materials. Furthermore, Visitors shall not use the Website in any way that may violate third party rights including, but not limited to copyrights or privacy. Neither shall Visitors access or attempt to access the Website using interfaces aside from the ones provided by the Website.
- Visitors may provide personal information as part of the registration to access and use some of the features on the Website as members, partners, subscribers, participants or similar.
- When submitting information to the Agribusiness Dealroom, a third party will have access to the member’s details for the purposes of a) creating company profiles b) matchmaking companies and investors c) connecting actors for partnerships.
- Companies and Investors that register interest in opportunities over the next 18 months agree to have their basic information distributed for purposes of opportunity visibility. Personal information such as phone numbers will not be publicized.
- Information provided for registration must be accurate, correct and up-to-date. The Agribusiness Dealroom reserves the sole right to verify and deny access where data is incomplete, incorrect, inappropriate and/or missing.
- The Agribusiness Dealroom will not be liable for any falsified or inaccurate data submitted by a member.
